Care Instructions, Vol. 01 is a small-batch, self-fulfilled sticker pack. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not limit help available when an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not delivered.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Customers can cancel through Fourthwall within one hour of purchase. After that, contact us as soon as possible. We may still be able to cancel a self-fulfilled order before it is marked shipped. Once it has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, WRONG, OR INCOMPLETE?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging when damage is involved. We will review it and send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
WHAT IF TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT NOTHING IS THERE?
Check nearby doors, your mailroom or front desk, package lockers, and neighbors. Please allow two business days after the delivered scan because carrier mis-scans sometimes correct themselves. If the package still has not appeared, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
WHAT IF TRACKING STOPS MOVING?
If domestic tracking has not updated for 14 days, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are packed by Advokat Frida within 2–4 business days. Fourthwall sends the shipment email after the carrier’s first scan. Transit time starts after carrier acceptance. The first run ships within the United States only.
HOW DO I GET HELP?
Use the contact form and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Advokat Frida handles support for this self-fulfilled pack.
